Free local delivery for all orders over £10 to BN11, BN12, BN14 & BN15 postcodes. You will automatically see this option available at the checkout stage once you input your postcode, and we will get in touch within 1 working day to arrange delivery.
Once in transit your plants and pots will be sent via a tracked next working day delivery service, this means the herbs will arrive much happier as they'll spend as little time in the dark on the road as possible. Please note, due to the increased demand on the network sometimes parcels may face the odd unforeseen delays, we are working hard to reduce this as much as possible but do bear with us, thank you for your patience!
For non-perishable items that don't mind being in the dark (like our accessories), we'll send via a 3-5 working days service.
Once the item is in transit our couriers will contact you with tracking information.

We aim to reduce, reuse or recycle wherever possible, so please excuse the appearance of some of our boxes! Where bubble wrap is used it is always biodegradable and our loosefill can be composted or added to household recycling. The plant carry cases are recyclable and recycled by us already, they are also super handy to carry on using for all sorts of purposes!
We always use recycled paper and our external printing is sourced from sustainable, vegan printing companies.
We try our hardest to ensure your herbs are in their most fabulous condition when they arrive. Please be aware as they are living things they may differ slightly from the picture on our website. Understandably plants do not like a road trip, so they may just need a good drink of water and a week or so to settle down. Some compost may have escaped in transit but this wont affect the health of the plant.
However, should you have any problems please email us as soon as you can including pictures of the item to email@example.com and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a refund. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds at any time for neglected herbs. We've put together a list of common problems and how to solve them here.
