A vigorous perennial herb, famed for horseradish sauce. Grow and make your own and you'll never buy the manufactured version again! Young leaves can also be enjoyed in salads or the root can be infused in vinegar or added to your Fire Cider recipes.
Prefers damp, partially shady conditions but grows fairly happily anywhere. It can become invasive so best to plant in a large container.
