Cocktail herbs bundle
Three of our favourite herbs for making fresh, flavour-filled herb cocktails:
Salad burnet (Sanguisorba minor): The big surpriser, chew one of the modest-looking leaves and wow - a cucumber explosion! Great in salads, with beans and in summery drinks. Try a few leaves in a G & T for a refreshing cool cucumber kick. Handily the leaves will keep growing throughout the winter - so you can pretend it's summer all year round. Comes in a 9cm pot.
Rosemary Green Ginger (Rosmarinus officinalis 'Green Ginger'): An upright rosemary with ginger, rosemary-scented leaves. Use the deliciously scented leaves to flavour warming wintery cocktails or brew into a rejuvenating tea. Comes in a 9cm pot.
Moroccan mint (Mentha spicata 'Moroccan'): This wonderful Moroccan mint provides a clean mint taste, brilliant for mojitos or mint cups. Comes in a 9cm pot.
